Step 1

Fill out the online application and wait for us to contact you about a potential space within our program.

Step 4*

Submit a paper or electronic copy of the summary from your most recent doctors visit (the appointment must be within one year of initial attendance), including up-to-date immunization records.** If you opt out or are on a delayed schedule for immunizations, a signed waiver from the Health Department is required.

*This step is not required for our Jr. Naturalist Program.

**If your child is enrolled in public school, you only need this form.

Step 5*

Fill out and submit a paper or electronic copy of the checklist for enrollment.

*This step is not required for our Jr. Naturalist Program.

Step 6

Fill out and submit a paper or electronic copy of the permission to photograph form.

Step 7

Fill out and submit a paper or electronic copy of the Climbing Waiver.

Step 8*

Submit an $80 deposit.**

**You can send a check or money order or you can request an electronic invoice with a link to pay directly through your bank account.

Once you have completed each of these steps, we will confirm the reservation of your child’s space within our program.
